Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Function
- Generate sales leads through phone calls, database searches, internet research, and market analysis.
- Identify new business opportunities with architects, design firms, end-users, and flooring contractors.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, both locally and internationally.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs and advise on suitable product selections to meet project design and budget goals.
- Lead negotiations, close sales, and ensure smooth order processing.
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and delivery teams to ensure timely execution.
- Oversee delivery logistics and follow up on payments.
- Cultivate repeat business through post-sale follow-up and relationship management.
Marketing Function:
- Manage dealer networks and develop new sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify potential opportunities.
- Participate in setting up and representing the company at exhibitions and trade shows.
Management Reporting:
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, orders, and sales progress.
- Track sales targets and implement corrective actions based on customer feedback.
- Support in setting up and managing exhibition booths.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Diploma or higher in Business Studies, Marketing, Management, or related disciplines from reputed institutions.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in flooring, carpets, lighting, or construction industries.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage architects, builders, and interior designers.
- Proficient in MS Office and internet research.
- Resourceful, patient, clear communicator, and solution-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple products and work across various locations.
- Performance-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Valid driving license is mandatory; international driving permit required post-joining.
- Willing to commit for at least 3 years.
